a simple 30 day plan

If you want a simple plan, keep it boring and obvious, most people overcomplicate it. they search for perfect lines, perfect strategies, perfect timing, and then they do nothing, a better plan is just a short window, a busy location, and consistent days showing up each week.

For me, after work was usually the easiest time to stay consistent, because it removed the decision of leaving the house, and thirty minutes to an hour was enough to make progress without feeling like a huge life change.

here’s a simple 30 day plan:

- three to five sessions per week - thirty minutes to one hour per session - one to three locations you rotate - a goal of one attempt minimum each session, or in the beginning just showing up a few times is fine

Some days will feel smooth, most days will feel pretty bad at first, and that is normal. the goal is not to win every day, but you do want to stack up good days and develop a long term mindset. after a few weeks you start having more good days and fewer bad days.

If you miss chances, you do not beat yourself up, you just show up the next day, staying calm and repeating the plan is what builds confidence.

Keep it boring or at least simplify it, but stick to the plan and trust in it, and keep going out
